This is a 'must-attend' event! 

 Patrons come from far and wide to experience the fresh, 

handmade taste of authentic Ukrainian foods. 

All dishes are made by local community members and volunteers.

On the menu:



Borscht - traditional beet soup with mainly root vegetables (potatoes, carrots, beets, onions, beans, peas, vinegar, and dill)

Kutya - A wheat and poppyseed dish

Variety of Salads starters - pickled onions, cucumbers, cottage cheese, pickles...

Perishky - Small dough buns with cream dill sauce (usually filled with mashed potato or cottage cheese)

Holobtsi - Cabbage rolls (filled with rice, and sometimes bacon)

Pyrohy - potato and cottage cheese-filled perogies

Kapusta - Cooked Sauerkraut

Nachynka - Cornmeal cream dish

Nalysnyky -Crepes filled with cottage cheese with a cream sauce

Roast Beef

Kovbasa - Ukrainian Sausage

Beets & Horseradish

Studenetz - Head Cheese

Mashed Potatoes, Corn Buns

Babka & Paska Ukrainian Breads

Angel food cakes & Poppyseed cakes
